Types and evolution of Caucasian weapons
in the 19th — early 20th century


The main types of bladed weapons (knives, daggers, longknives, broadswords, sabers, a battle ring), firearms (pistols, handguns) and throwing weapons (bows and arrows), which were common in the Caucasus in the 19th — early 20th century, are demonstrated in the exhibit hall. The main trends in the appearance and finishing of weapons are shown. A separate section is devoted to children's weapons.
